About the Role

Pool and Spa Depot is seeking a reliable and motivated Porter to support daily store operations in our Clarksville location. This is a seasonal role essential to maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our customers while supporting inventory and store needs. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and enjoys hands-on work in both indoor and outdoor settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of indoor and outdoor areas, including hot tubs, spas, pools, and surrounding spaces.
• Assist customers by helping carry and load purchases as needed.
• Support incoming inventory by unpacking, organizing, pricing, and stocking merchandise efficiently.
• Ensure the store consistently meets cleanliness, safety, and presentation standards.
• Collaborate with team members to support daily operations and enhance the customer experience.
• Manage time effectively to prioritize tasks and maintain overall store appearance.

• Effective communication skills to interact with customers and team members.
• Willingness to work outdoors and adapt to varying conditions.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and move merchandise weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Flexibility for overtime and weekends; peak season may require up to six days/week.
