Pool and Spa Depot is looking to hire a Service Manager to be based in our Stones River headquarters.
We're looking for a dedicated and experienced Service Manager to lead our service department and ensure an outstanding customer experience. In this role, you'll oversee our team of Service Writers, handle inbound customer inquiries, and serve as the final point of contact for resolving customer concerns. Your ability to de-escalate issues and provide expert product knowledge will be key to your success.

- Supervise and support the Service Writers team
- Manage and respond to inbound customer calls and inquiries
- Resolve escalated customer issues with professionalism and care
- Provide product knowledge and guidance to customers
- Ensure service operations run smoothly and efficiently
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of management or supervisory experience
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
- Pool and spa industry experience is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
