As our company continues to expand, we're building a strong, motivated sales team - and that's where you come in. We're looking for individuals with retail sales and big-ticket sales experience who are ready to bring their skills to a company that's opening doors for advancement and long-term career growth.

Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year experience in "big ticket" sales. A background in home improvement and/or pool and spa products is preferred, but not required if additional crossover skills are demonstrable.

With solid performance, most of our sales team members earn between $40,000-$80,000+ annually. The more you put in, the more you take home - and that's just the beginning. Our best Product Advisors earn over $100k+, and is based on YOUR initiative, previous experience, and ability to;

  • Convert showroom visitors into committed buyers by delivering a consultative sales approach that creates wins for customers, the company, and YOU.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and in all follow-ups using the SharpSpring platform.
  • Build strong customer relationships through effective communication.
  • Leverage in-depth product knowledge to guide customers through high-value purchasing decisions across our extensive range of products and services.
  • Demonstrate accuracy in completing sales documentation and entering data into Counterpoint, vTiger, and SharpSpring systems.
  • Help maintain a well-presented showroom by ensuring cleanliness, organization, and strategic merchandising.
  • Actively participate in sales events and initiatives to drive revenue and expand customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams-including sales, service, installation, delivery, construction, and administration, to ensure seamless follow-up and customer satisfaction.
