Pool and Spa Depot is looking to add Project Managers to work from our LaVergne, Tennessee headquarters.
The Project Manager (PM) will plan, oversee and document all aspects of assigned construction projects/pool builds. Compensation for the Project Manager will consist of salary, bonuses and commission.
Job Duties include; but are not limited to the following:
- Lead the planning and implementation of assigned projects
- Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables
- Define project tasks and resource requirements
- Develop full-scale project plans
- Assemble and coordinate project staff
- Manage project budget and resource allocation
- Plan and schedule project timelines
- Provide direction and support to project team
- Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions
- Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
Qualifications:
- 3 years experience as a project manager
- 3 years of construction experience
- Pool construction experience is helpful, but not required.
- Direct work experience in project management capacity
- Proven experience in strategic planning
- Excellent time management skills
